Granite Product Delivery from Ukraine to EU Countries: A Step-by-Step Guide
Buying natural stone abroad may seem like a complex process, but we have streamlined our logistics to ensure complete transparency and peace of mind for our clients. Here are the 6 steps we take together

Step 1: Ordering and Down Payment
Once we have agreed on the granite type, finish, and quantity, we prepare an official commercial invoice for the products.
- Terms: The client makes a 50% down payment.
- Result: Your order is added to our production schedule.
Step 2: Production and Quality Control
We manufacture paving stones, curbs, or slabs according to your specifications. We understand the importance of seeing the product before it is shipped, so we provide:
- Photo Report: Upon completion, we send detailed photos and videos of the finished products in their packaging (on pallets or in big bags).
Step 3: Logistics and Final Payment
Once the goods are ready, we address the logistics:
- Transport: We can find a truck through our network of trusted carriers and confirm the rate with you. Alternatively, you can arrange for pick-up using your own transport.
- Payment: After the vehicle is confirmed and the product’s readiness is verified, the customer pays the remaining 50%.
Step 4: Loading and Customs Clearance in Ukraine
Before the truck departs, we provide a final photo report of the load inside the vehicle.
- Customs: We handle all export documentation in Ukraine. The truck proceeds to the customs post, completes the clearance, and heads toward the border.
Step 5: Border Crossing and Local Customs Clearance
After crossing the border, the driver heads to the nearest customs terminal at your location or as previously agreed.
- Your Role: You meet the vehicle and handle the import clearance procedures (paying VAT and any applicable customs duties).
Step 6: Unloading at Your Site
Once customs procedures are complete, the driver delivers the granite directly to your specified address for unloading.
Shipping Terms (Incoterms)
We use international Incoterms rules to clearly define responsibilities:
- FCA (Free Carrier): We load the goods into your transport and handle export customs clearance.
- DAP (Delivered at Place): We arrange delivery to your city, while you handle import clearance and unloading.
Why Is It Safe?
